You'll walk away with practical tools to stay calm, centered, and truly connected, even in the heat of the moment.It is all about practical, body-based practices that help you manage conflict without shutting down or blowing up.

Do your fights spiral into something ugly, leaving you with feelings of regret? Are you caught between two bad choices—either freezing your partner out to protect yourself or letting your emotions take over, only to blast them with words you wish you could take back? Does it feel like you’re reacting rather than responding?
